I shall be naming Monica as the serving Scourge for the domain.
Monica has been an active and stalwart member of the Camarilla and this city for quite some time. While many may still be skeptical of her allegiances, she has proven herself time and again to be a loyalist of the sect. She has been an invaluable asset in regards to the investigation against the Sabbat and was one of the forefront warriors during the attack of September's Court.
