Effective immediately all members of Clan Gangrel are forbidden from feeding within the city, county, and surrounding areas of St. Louis. If it is witnessed that a member of Clan Gangrel is poaching in my territory I authorize an immediate Blood Hunt upon them and request their Final Death.
