Dino is possibly one of the oldest nosferatu to arrive in the city, a withdrawn, private man with a few fingers in a lot of pies. He never seems to get riled up about any topic, and prefers to handle any and all business with detachment. His role in politics is not as active as it used to be, but during the past he had serve the crown both in a militant and information gathering positions. He seems to be mostly focused to East St Louis lately, though he has not made any comments about it.
Though he claims to be italian, it is obvious he has been in the states for so long that very little of his ancestry appears in his accent. He tends to favor practical clothing, built for ease of motion in stark combinations. His presence in elysium is way more frequent in the modern times. Politically, nobody has ever heard him stray from whatever is the nosferatu official line at the time, for the last 30 years at least.

About: Lourdes is a young kindred. She was embraced within the domain in 2008. Her sire was a prominent and known gang member in the city who took pity on her situation. He recently had to leave to aid the clan in another city, leaving Lourdes behind to keep tabs on his interests in St. Louis. She is a an independent prostitute, though is rather quiet and discreet about this despite the fact most people probably have already heard the rumor. She is sociable but tends to be rather private; used to being judged for the cards that the world has dealt her and the decisions she has made because of it. Despite her uncouth profession, most find her to be a bewitching beauty with a surprisingly demure demeanor.

Ethan has been in the city for about 2 years, relocating from California. He is employed by a local business as the manager and primary talent at Lyrics and Leather. This business features custom leather-work of any kind in addition to being a complete recording studio offering music lessons on piano and guitar along with full service recording sessions. Before this, Ethan worked in California and on the east coast as a studio musician.
Ethan made a strong, positive impression among Brujah and Sheriff Spencer and six months ago was promoted to Deputy. He is generally quite friendly, to a charming extent, and enjoys bantering with just about anyone. Any Italians in the area may be the subject of harsher insults and a more digging tone, bordering on personally offensive.

Pieter has been in St. Louis since the city was founded. There are a few large gaps in there, but he's been continually active in the Gangrel for the past 65 years or so. He's a carpenter and ship builder, repairing boats where he works at a shop along the Mississippi river and doing a lot of specialty requests at his home. He was also the Gangrel Primogen for a good 30 years or so until 1999, where he was the one to tell the current Prince and Council to stuff it, the Gangrel were leaving the Camarilla. Since then, he's been Independent.
His accent is from all over, hard to pin it down. But he's Dutch and speaks a few languages.

That is where Leo takes over, Leo have been in st. Louis county for close to 200 years, he have never involved himself heavily in politics or schemes, except when he felt it needed to steer clan gangrel clear of it. As Pieter told the prince to stuff it, leo took over the primogen post for clan gangrel, nominally staying in the camarilla though most would guess that it is mostly lip-service, He speaks with a Norwegian accent and does not seem to attempt to hide it. He seems very tolerant but does not hestiate to to stand up for his clan,

Age: How rude to ask a lady.
Kimberly hasnt been in St Louis for too long, a handful of years maybe. Originally from France, as far as anyone can tell, with a lingering accent and sometimes snooty air about her. In stark contrast, she can be quite captivating and sociable when the mood strikes. Her name within her clan may not be widely known, but her lineage is proud and accomplished and thus far she has served both well.
Known to be particularly impatient, easily bored, and can often be found around the city doing a variety of things such as overseeing operations of business ventures (Lyrics and Leather), drafting legal documents for a mostly kindred clientele, and even giving lessons herself now and then in piano and voice. Frequent appearances in Elysium are often made, which may extend hours or minutes given the company kept though she is rarely rude if unprovoked. Her manners extend perhaps further than most, no real outward signs of loathing for any particular clan but individuals are free to make their own impressions upon her.
Last known whereabouts before she was in the city: California. (Though this Ventrue is particularly well traveled, especially in the last half a century)
Why'd she leave: It was rather abrupt. No one seems to know why. When duty calls, you pick up and go!

Age: Suffice it to say that he still wishes automobiles had been a fad, and enjoys the occasional hand-written letter.
Apparent Age: Late 30s.
Thomas has been in St. Louis for a few years, and was quick to tell everyone he was there. From South Carolina originally, what began as a family business to help the state recover from the Civil War blossomed into a conglomeration of businesses and charities which have firmly rooted themselves in all 13 of the original states, and then some. It was his influence that managed this, and now he takes a special joy in personally building each branch from the ground up, as he is now doing in Missouri. This has started with his aforementioned entrance, the building of the Clarke Tower in downtown St. Louis. It houses one of the largest Savings & Loans in the city, possibly the state.
Thomas is infallibly courteous and proper. Even on the rare occasions that you get under his skin, you won't realize it unless he informs with with a flick of his wrist and a slash of his blade. Even in the most tense moments, or with the most abrasive of people, never will his charm and affable demeanor crack. Still, this attitude may make one think of him as somewhat cold, and in some cases that is more true than others. While he'll never be rude or unkind, he also tends not to wear his heart on his sleeve (or, for that matter, always remember to put it back in when he wakes up).
Some Interesting Associations:
Kimberly Benoit: Truly, it is astounding how much one can change in so short of a time and still retain their identity. Adaptable, enticing, and with just a touch of outward danger. Friendship has rarely made more sense.
Basil Tavington: There's a surprisingly firm bond here, enough of one that I had to wonder if my senses had started to dull. As far as I can tell, they haven't. Once more into the breach?
Steven Booth: Oh, you are just a treat.

Basil arrived in St. Louis in mid-2010, his most recent city of residence being New Orleans. Prior to that, his remarks lead listeners to the conclusion that he was in London, and Embraced in Manchester, his accent giving a major clue to those who can differentiate British accents. As Brujah go, he's remarkably polite and pro-Camarilla, and has taken up arms to defend the sect's interests in the past. During the Sabbat blitzkrieg up the East Coast some years ago, he was part of several rearguard actions while Camarilla interests were evacuated, and by all accounts acquitted himself well as a soldier.
His attitude on life (and unlife) is generally one of relaxed good cheer, and it takes a lot to put him in a blue study. He controls his temper remarkably well, and hasn't yet been known to frenzy at all. He's unstintingly polite to all, regardless of clan, and seems to hold no prejudices, coming across as a genuinely decent guy. Some might say he's got a bit of a white knight complex, as he's not afraid to step up in defense of others when necessary. Also, he's got a thing for wearing Star Wars hoodies and t-shirts, when more dressy attire isn't required.

Allana: Almost painfully shy, but a sweetheart when you get to know her.
Cecilia: While I can understand your feelings, blaming me for whatever happened to you is as wrong as whatever was done to you.
Leo: You're a stand-up kinda bloke, mate. Good on you.

Apparent age: Late teens
Allana popped outta nowhere around 2007, and that is pretty much everything people know about her past, and she reacts poorly when people ask her about it.
She is a cute and meek girl, friendly and smiles a lot but also easily startled and very suspicious of people. She has a sweet smile and her eyes scream 'save me!' most of the time. She constantly looks around and has a habit of staring at people for long periods of time, studying them. She wears very old and worn out clothes that covers her whole body, leaving only head and hands exposed and is usually seen at at poorer parts of the city and occasionally in Forest Park and Elysium.
Allana around others:
Emerson: They seem to affect each other's behavior when they are together. She gets calmer and he perks up. It is not very noticeable though, unless one carefully pays attention. She overall greatly enjoys his company and he is one of the very few people she lets touch her, but there have been periods of time when she would leave a place whenever he showed up.
Basil: Whenever she speaks to him or about him, it feels like she knows everything about his personality and emotions, and more often than not she is right about it. She seems to look up to him and definitely feels safer when he is around.
Lucius: They have a strange father and daughter relationship. While she obediently albeit sometimes hesitantly, does everything he instructs out of respect and admiration, she also visibly is even easier startled and distrustful to everyone else when he is nearby.
Pieter: The first kindred she ever met in the city. He has an unique talent of pissing her off speaking in foreigner languages near her as easily as making her smile with his amazing stories, captivating almost every time he tells one.
