Thank you all for your patience and diligence in these trying times. I come to you all with news that affects each member of this community. The Primogen Council has met and decided by vote on a new individual to lead us all in the coming nights.
While I would prefer this news to generally come from elsewhere in announcement for fear of hubris, with a great graciousness I am announcing that the Primogen Council has decided that I shall stand as the new praxis leader for the St. Louis domain.
My first act as praxis holder is to overturn the decree by my predecessor that none of Clan Gangrel shall be recognized as members of the Camarilla. Those who once called themselves members of the sect shall again be recognized in an official capacity, should they so wish it. To you individuals, please make it known publicly of your desire in this. In that, if Clan Gangrel desire to hold an acknowledged seat again on the Primogen Council, multiple Camarilla loyal Gangrel will need to be present within the city and a Primogen will need to be named.
Furthermore, the allied Independents of Clan Gangrel shall continue to be acknowledged within our society should they seek acknowledgment per the Fifth Tradition. In the eyes of this praxis, they will be treated as members of the community, protected by Camarilla law as much as they can be tried by them.
Moving forward, I will be assessing the status of the Praxis and seeking to fill the currently vacant positions throughout the hierarchy. Please be patient. I do not take these decisions lightly and will not leap to any conclusions prematurely out of diligence to the praxis as a whole. I will announce these decisions as they are made.
My second act, I want to make it very clear from the get go, if it is ever found that an open attack with the potential for Final Death is waged against an acknowledged member of this community... in or outside of praxis lines, within the domain of St. Louis that individual or individuals will face an immediate proclamation of a blood hunt against them. What happens outside of this praxis is at the discretion and jurisdiction of the respective praxis holder, and if those that are under said blood hunt choose to leave to another praxis that is their decision.
Moving forward, if you have any questions or concerns, please look to your Primogen and voice your concerns. I will be happy to meet with any clan to clarify any question that may arise, but I ask that we as a city hold to common protocol. I ask this not to seperate myself from the community, but it would be an unrealistic assertion to say I will meet with any individual who wishes to speak. I wish that I could, but there simply are not enough hours in each night. In that, if the members of Clan Gangrel do not return and do not reclaim their seat on the council, I ask that instead an ambassador from that clan rise to the task of being an envoy between the Throne and the clan.
With that all said I will reveal to the community as a whole the promise I made to the Primogen Council upon my election. I believe whoever takes the reigns of this city must work as diligently to take a place of neutrality amidst the great clans as they work to ensure this city's continued prosperity. I give my word that I will endeavor to maintain a separation of state and clan in all decisions I make as the leader of this praxis. It is a promise I take incredibly seriously.
In closing, again thank you all for your patience in these times of war.

An addition to this proclamation, I will be stepping down from the position of Primogen for Clan Tremere. Carmen Della will rise to serve in my stead.
