| Hello everyone! This is going to be placed in OOC because its something that affects the game pre-play. It was something that took a little bit to come to fruition, so please don't hold it against the Player or Character!
Thomas Clarke is the Keeper of Elysium at game start!
The Keeper Position is now filled, and we are going to retcon the tenure a little bit. He has been in this place of power for aprox 3 years in game.
Below is his interpretation of the Pax. Please review it, as its been "in play" ICly for a 3 years - I'm posting it here as well. Please see below for the Laws of Elysia. The laws that your characters have broken up until this point will be 'over looked', no previous play is an excuse to break the laws again.

| 1. Physical violence and the use of Disciplines within an Elysium and the building in which it is located is strictly forbidden.
Addendum: Masquerade-observant appearance alteration through the use of Obfuscate is permitted for Clan Nosferatu.
2. Damage to Elysium or its contents is strictly forbidden.
3. Elysium is neutral ground, and favors no Sect, Clan, Generation, or social class.
4. The Masquerade is to be observed at all times.
The Keeper reserves the right to temporarily and/or retroactively exempt a Kindred from the first two tenets if either must be violated in the interest of protecting Elysium and/or its inhabitants.
