Rumor Mill IC?

| Hello!
Just wondering how the Rumor Mill worked. I had assumed it used the Elysium board and thus wasn't IC for the independents. Is this correct?

| If it is in Elysium why wouldn't it be accessible to Independents?

| Elysium communications (the forum) is not IC for independents. The Rumor Mill is presented as forum posts. Therefore, these wouldn't be IC either. Just confirming this.

| There isn't any official Elysium forum, although there is a Tower forum and a General Announcements forum. Therefore, one would imagine that things posted in the rumor mill (IE: On a bulletin board in Ely) would be accessible to everyone that is either capable of reading or has a buddy to help them!
Could be wrong, though.

Good to know, Keeper!  I hadn't realized that there wasn't an official Elysium forum.
Let me rephrase the question then. The Secure Kindred Communications, which is set up as a forum for Kindred, is not visible to independents. The posts on the Rumor Mill are identical, so I had assumed that they were also forum posts. Are these actually pages that are printed and tacked up on a board in Elysium?

| The Kindred Announcements section of the forum is a forum that acknowledged Kindred within the city get access to. If you are not part of the Cam you cannot see nor post there.
The announcements from the Hierarchy are delivered in many different ways - directly to phones, via parchment, etc. Whatever is the best way to get to your personal character. It is also on the forums as well. Again, if you're not Cam you can't see it.
Rumor mill is something that is laid out in the Elysium for those who wish to read; to read it.
Just to clarify.
