| She listened to the message on her phone. Her eyes widening as she heard the fated words. At the end of the message she just looked at her phone, feeling her eyes begin to pool. She had to get out of there. Grabbing her backpack, she ran out of the bar she was sitting in and ran until she was at the park, hiding herself in the shrubbery she found to be very concealing in past nights. With her knees to her chest, she put her face in her lap and just cried. Like a torture, she replayed the message, listening to it on speaker this time. Replaying it over and over again, this only made her cry more. He left. He said he wouldn't leave her and he left. She understood his reasons but he still left. She wept there in the bushes, a quiet weeping. The phone thrown onto the ground with the message playing again. She needed to make it stop. Make the feeling stop. After a while she collected herself and grabbed her backpack, sniffling as she changed clothes and pocketed her phone. She checked her face in a compact mirror and made sure she was clean and blood free. Back to the bar she went, looking for something now. When she found what she was looking for, she drank deeply, intoxicating herself with the blood. From there she went to where she knew to find other things, kine intoxicated with more than just alcohol. She drank herself into a numb oblivion and somehow made her way back to the park where she and her sister would meet. Laid out in the grass, she just let every drug and all the alcohol run through her system. Feeling the numbing high, she drowned herself in it, knowing it would only stop when she goes to ground. Might as well get used to the dirt again, it's where she'll always find herself at the end of the night, wrapped in one of his t-shirts.
