How does your character views relationships among kindred, both romantic and frienships? Are they possible and if so, are they able to remain monogamous without a blood bond to ensure loyalty?

That's difficult. Family goes above all. So if the relationship would be of CC's own clan, then yes, possibly possible. Other than that... she's too much of a free spirit to tie herself to one person to eternity.

As for friendship: CC values them, and they usually grew out of respect. Her point of view is fairly simple: You get what you give. And she's loyal to those who deserve it.

Loaded question.  Basil believes Kindred can be friends, within the same clan or across clan lines.  He also believes that it's foolish to fully trust anyone but the rare individual who's proven his or her loyalty and trustworthiness.  Being friendly is one thing.  Being best friends, and extending the trust that goes with it, is something that must be earned over time.

As for romances, he'd admit that he prefers to avoid romantic entanglements.  However, if he were to get involved with another Kindred, he'd shy away from blood bonds, either mutually or in one direction.  Whatever the two feel for one another should be real, and not the false affection manufactured by the blood.  At that point, in his view, the whole relationship becomes a sham.

Steve thinks that its possible, even realistic. It all depends on the personality though. Mad malkavian sociopath who want's to suffocate everyone with plush toys will have a hard time finding friends. But he might easily find a lover. But Steve is not sure how would it work with the monogamy part. That feels ... somewhat personal choice if he wants to have one relationship, or more. So its up to everyone if they want to or not.

Thomas is actually quite enthusiastic about friendships. However, he's also a medically-diagnosed sociopath, which is to say that he is incapable of empathy. It doesn't matter how close you are, he will stab you in the back, front, feet, crotch, and eyeball without hesitation or regret.

As for romance, he's still partially "mourning" his mortal wife, who was one of the last people he had the mental health to feel a connection with. His lack of empathy also extends into this realm, making any connection ultimately doomed. He also can't fake affection as well as loyalty and respect, so the dynamic is harder for him to understand. That lack of comprehension makes Bonds a daunting thing, because he has so little idea what feelings one will evoke in him.

Thomas is not a good person.

At their core, all relationships are alliances. Romantic or otherwise. Elijah was last in love right before his embrace. He is however fully capable of feeling desire and has the need to be around others of his kind. All if his relationships serve some purpose or another. Monogamy is fine for some people.
